I use mine to pay for the super duper level of RAC cover that I would never be able to afford otherwise. If you're not a driver I suppose this one's not much use. I also used some for a day at the Ice Bowl in Dundonald last year and got a free day out for the kids and their friends - again something that would have cost me an arm and a leg. I'm taking them to W5 on Monday but forgot to order up the vouchers so will have to pay. Ouch :eek:0

Hi,
I have to admit the range is actually not that bad.
Cafe Rouge sell food and are quite good (they're on the Upper Newtownards road). Or you can get cheap magazine subscriptions, or use Airmiles to get money off hotels (we got a 199 euro hotel room for my SIL's wedding last year in Galway for 40£), or you can get breakdown cover, or you can join various associations.
We changed all ours for Airmiles for a year and are now looking forward to a nice break away (no flight included as pesky BA only fly to Manchester from Belfast).
Cheers,

BatCat, so BA miles not really a good option then? I was read someone elses (English I think) post about the BA executive club. I have clubcard points saved for a year - have never spent them! Plan was to go somewhere nice. Think we have got £50ish vouchers so £200 deals.
Phoned today about clubcard plus, nice telephone lady took my details and said I should have it in 7-10 days. No preblems at all0 -
Sorry - wrong about W5 - they're not on the list. I was sure that they were at one point but maybe I was mistaken. I've ordered vouchers to use at the Ice Bowl instead. Also found some out of date vouchers and called up to ask if anything could be done about these. Was told to return them and the value (in points) will be credited back to my clubcard. Really pleased as it was £20 worth.0

Have a look here for Clubcard Plus info. It's like a pay & go card for shopping. It's a version of Clubcard that gives you double points on your shoping in-store. (Not sure about on-line). Basically ring Tesco Finance, request an application form, set up DD for £1 to keep card active or something, then just go to customer service desk to load up card with money before you shop (not sure if you can do this on-line or by phone). Use the card to pay for your shopping & get loads of lovely points!0

Yup just phone the free clubcard number on the back of the card. I chose option 5 spoke to a person who then had to transfer me to savings. Took name and address. Not sure if they sendin out a card or a form! Figure I can put GC money on it at the start of month so its there. You can upload at cus services but I haven't actually got one yet, just read others posts.0
