Vanquis Card Update

I called Vanquis today to ask why there was no onlie application or website and was told there is now, but he couldn't remember the address.

So.........after a LOT of searching for it, I have found the VANQUIS CARD online application form and here it is :)

Hope it helps :)

Wonderful. Does that mean instead of getting junk mail through the door, we'll get SPAM e-mails about it instead?

look, this post was meant for people that WANT the card, obviously you don't!!!

So, why bother keep putting it down? I'm trying to help the poeple that want to be helped, we are not all fortunate enough to have a great credit file and Vanquis can help you achieve that if you use it properly :)

Now..........I'm off to watch WestHam beat Fulham :)

  • http://www.everything-financial.co.uk are an extremely dubious company, they take your money and the product you ordered never materializes.
I ordered a prepaid credit card in March from them, six months later and this still has not arrived, then it changed into an 'offshore bank account' where I must send a £2000 security deposit and a further £2000 into the account before this bank will send a card!

If you really need a Vanquis card phone them and have them send you an application form (0870 8507755 or 01634 793500), although if they are in any way connected to Everything-Financial I would suggest you avoid this card.

I think Everything-Financial are simply collecting personal details with this form, so they can send you email and postal offers for their products.

I filled the form in on saturday and received a call from Vanquis today, telling me that my application had been received but as I have already applied, this one will be deleted.

So, the form obviously does work :)

  • https://www.everything-financial.co.uk are crooks. They run MLM schemes collecting peoples money for their illegal products & services. Prepaid credit cards can not be offered "cross-border" as they claim, Visa and Mastercard will not allow this. They trade under various names on the web: http://www.freedomsense.co.uk http://www.freedomfinancialsolutions.co.uk and http://www.everythingfinancialgroup.com/ to name a few. They claim to work in partnership with companys that they do not, I suspect Provident Financial ( Vanquis ) are one of these.

Could well be :) BUT the fact still remains that Vanquis GOT the application just after I submitted it and they called me :)

Funny that. I've been following this and other threads about these crooks. I don't usually get that much junk through the door, especially credit card applications, but this week I received one of these Vanquis cards.

Apparently, my maximum credit limit is £2,000 and my APR about 58%!!! I find it really strange that they would invite me to apply. I consider myself to have relatively good credit and have a couple of cards running currently. I've never had a mortgage or been in debt, so don't know how they select the poor old sods they send this junk to.
