Cruise Insurance ASAP

Hi hope someone can help quickly here.
Long story but sis-in-law going a cruise tomorrow but has just found out that her current travel insurance will not cover her, just diagnosed, heart problem which is not life threatening.
Really need to find insurance for her asap as she does not want to miss out on holiday.
Anyone know of anywhere or anyone would she can contact for insurance?

mymatebob do you know if any of these would provide instant cover and would she be able to print out her policy to take with her?
I know its ultra last minute but this has just came up.

Some certainly do it online, but not sure how far it goes.
No harm in asking.
At the worst maybe she could get the insurance and someone else could get the documents, should they actually be needed. (Hope not)

A broker may be able to do something immediately

I'll pass all this onto her now, only thing is she has not access to a computer as shes still at work but heres hoping.
As you say hopefully she wont need it but dont know if she would travel without it. May be a big risk to take going with just her existing insurance which wont cover if she has a heart problem.
