I have just applied and been accepted for a Barclaycard Platinum Credit Card with Purchase and Long Term Balance Transfer.
The acceptance screen didn't indicate my APR or Credit Limit. How do I find this out or is a matter of waiting for the paperwork?

Hi Jimbo,
I applied for their OnePulse card a few weeks ago. I hadn't received the card in the time frame they specified so I called them. While on the phone I asked about the credit limit and they said that they couldn't tell me until I had activated the card.

I had to wait for the card to arrive because the credit limit is tailored to you specifically, well that's what I was led to believe0

Thank you, to be honest it doesn't really matter what the APR or limit is. Just curiosity.
It has a 10 month interest free deal so I will use it to buy my car insurance to save the interest the companies charge for monthly DD.0 -

Yeah, I was shocked when I got it as it's by far the highest limit I've got!
Barclaycard are the ONLY company to search Equifax ONLY so this may have helped as my other cards only tend to report to Experian.
I'm still bemused why they just didn't increase it by a tenner to make it a straight £15k though
14.90% interest rate - not that the APR bothers me as it's irrelevant.Best Regards,

£14990 how many? you must have one hell of good credit rating my friend.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0
