Debt muncher, how does it line up if you paste straight in the MSE format and preview the post? There's a difference in how various forums display internet pages and i'm pretty sure Clariman tried to get everything lined up when creating the calculator. What you see in the message box may not be what appears when the post becomes an actual post. Try using the preview - or go advanced and preview. Keep the dotted lines in.
have re done it the best i could.....is taking up too much time fiddling about so highlighted the three columns further down with relevant colours.
it was done with the preview.0 -

The whole point of the SOA Calculator is that you don't need to mess around with the format - the MSE format button does it all for you! All you have to do is copy the contents of the new window straight into a new post on MSE
It may look jumbled up when you paste it into the post, but when you submit the post, it all aligns perfectly. You don't have to do anything. I'm sorry if that is not clear from the calculator and that you spent so long on it. But all you have to do is key in all the numbers, click calculate to see the results, then click format for MSE and copy that straight into a post here.

If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, it will look all jumbled up when you paste innto the post, but will format fine when submitted. You need to copy and paste EVERYTHING below the line as it says on the calculator (i.e. INCLUDING the line that starts '[ font = ' then right down to the bottom of the window).
Just try it. It is best not to edit it and add in colours. Just post it exactly as it comes from the calculator's Format for MSE button.
Good luck

OK, so maybe I didn't spell out everything in capital letters in my post, but the format for MSE window does say it in capitals!! You're not the only one who does that. If there is anyway that I can make it clearer in the calculator itself, let me know.

BTW - I agree that the dots don't look nice, but that is the only way of lining up all the numbers with the forum software that MSE uses.

You migh mention Ctrl+a Ctrl+v - then again that might REALLY confuse people. :rotfl:
How about when you hit the MSE button it copies the result into the clipboard.;)
lol - like you haven't already done enough.
