has anyone been with this company before?

are they goood with their cashback? (unlike Onestopphoneshop :rolleyes: )

please advise cos im thinking of taking out a deal with them?

I had no trouble with onestop myself just received final payment a little late granted but full amount coughed up no problem.

onestop are absolute scum and I am about to go to the small claims court. A letter sent to their MD 10 days ago by recordsed delivery still hasn't been answered. I am owed £110 and they refuse to pay since they say the letter didn't arrive even though Royal Mail confirm it did!!

I obviously don't know the circumstances of your particular sale no would I be so nosey as to ask, but these contracts (and everyone would do well to remember this) all have tripwires built into the terms and conditions and the companies apply them very rigidly, many fall foul of them and end up paying monies they never intended to as a result.

On a lighter note if you are a boots card holder they currently have by far the best deals on cashback (well points really) checkout the thread on them you can actually make quite a hefty profit by taking advantage of their deals!!

I have adhered to every term and condition. They are jsut refuding to pay saying my letter didn't arrive. Strange that - aprat from the fact Royal Mail said it did arrive, they also honoured a pyment for my second account with them - which was submitted in the same letter that apparently didn't arrive!!! Explain that one?
