Was it definately a 12 month deal? it doesn;t sound like Dialaphone to do it that cheap and I couldn't find it on their website even under the newspapers link.

If it was 12 month contract at 99p for 12 months what are the details fo the offer.

  • It was 12 months for 99p, I saw it in The Sun and News of the World - I think it was 200 mins and 200 texts x

Dialaphone is the most reliable "mobile phone cashback" company in my opinion. You can check out their website to make sure there is an existing deal you mentioned or not.

I recently used to Dialaphone to get a new phone for my son. Process was easy, delivery and paperwork was excellent, ported his number from 3 to O2 without problem, and although I didn't hold out much hope of receiving the free 19" lcd digital Samsung tv that the offer came with... it arrived within a month of the phone, and it's the best tv I've ever had! Now that's a freebie worthy of any money saver! :j

I'm on my first contract with them after having to MCOL OSPS. I sent away my first cashback claim on Friday and today (Monday) I've received a text saying that my claim had been received and that a cheque would be issued within 7 days. Later I received an e-mail saying that the cheque has been posted:) I can't praise them highly enough.

Don't forget that as mentioned above Dialaphone are apart of Phones 4u who are being looked at by Offcom for there less than solid activites. Dialaphone had a great reputaion but now they have been bought by phones 4u who knows? 12 months free cash back doesn't stack up, do the maths. look at all the cashback threads on here. The only reason you have to go to court to get your money is that the offers can't be fulfilled. You are best to buy a phone with a gift or simple cashback where it gets paid straight away.

I would also recommend. Just about to send of my last cashback for my current phone. Their service has been brilliant on all 3 cashbacks so far. I have received my cheque within 10 days of sending the redemption claim off.
