wait i left feedback today and had a neg/neutral option....i thought these were going completly?
I can still neg and neutral my buyers as well, so it looks like the feedback changes are being rolled out in bits..why doesn't that surprise me. I check my feedback 'right's' every morning, as I know once by nasty buyer realises it is safe to do so she is going to neg me, we are playing a long waiting game at the moment.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I have stopped leaving feedback altogether.0

Doesn't not leaving any feedback at all penalise the good & honest buyers that are out there though? Why shouldn't they get positive feedback for good transactions if they deserve it?nothing to see here, move along...0

They could do that anyway! If you wait until they give feedback you won't have that problem. You're punishing the buyers for ebay's actions!nothing to see here, move along...0 -
But how is it a punishment? There isn't actually any benefit for buyers in having positive feedback. You can buy whatever you like with zero feedback.

I sold an item on 8th May, still waiting for payment that was apparently sent on 15th May - I only know this from the top of the item description as the winning bidder has not bothered to contact me. Let's face it, why should she? There is practically nothing I can do to her! She, however, can neg me for hassle...
Just chased up the still non-paying buyer - Guess what? she only posted the payment yesterday (so much for 15 May!!!!)
She has 100% feedback and knows she can mess about safely now :wall:I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

You can block low feedback buyers (e.g under 5 or under 10) from bidding on your items when you list the item.
Also rather than leaving them negative comments why not just ignore them and block them from bidding on your items again? I'm sure the loss of some pains in the neck won't affect selling volumes that much.I have worked for 5 years as a Pension Administrator and then a further year in a non-administrator pension role. Posted the payment? Not by paypal? Oh dear...
You could open an unpaid dispute, issue a strike, and what can eBay or the buyer do?!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Have the rules on buyer requirements changed? In My Ebay / buyer requirements I can only see the options to block buyers with feedback scores less than zero (ha!) or less than 5 if they don't have a credit card on file (which is easily rectified).jonathon_hart wrote: »You can block low feedback buyers (e.g under 5 or under 10) from bidding on your items when you list the item.
I'm not arguing btw, genuinely curious. Since the first option is redundant now.:www: :: MFi3 ::
