just spoke to ebuyer on the phone after waiting over 10mins to get through.
It's def a scam, when i got through all i did was repeat the same information that i had already said in the email. i.e a a software problem.
They guy claimed it was quicker like that rather than bouncing emails back and forth. Amazing, how companies prefer doing business via phone rather than email when a premium phone number is involved.0 -
