Thanks G n B. No I dont think so. I dont know how to say this without causing offense. She is a young mum - she is 21 kiddy is 5 and she has just had another baby with a chap she started seeing last summer. That really is not meant in a horrible way 'cos Mum had she when she was 19 and my best mate had her daughter young. Basically she seems the type that would tell you to "fluff off and mind your own business"
Dont think you have caused offence, thats why i asked if it would make a difference. And you are right, age doesnt come into it, i had my daughter at 21, but if someone told me my LO had been like that to their child i would be mortified. Its a shame the other mother isnt approachable. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

LOL.. you OLD mums.. I had my third at 21 lol!!! My first was a nightmare and I was always being nagged by the school but none of the other parents said anything but I would have been horrified if they had said something like this was going on.. I'd try having a word with her anyway.. and the new baby could be the reason she is being a grot.. it could be she is playing up for some attention now she is suddenly no longer on her own being spoilt.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Teenie's got an exam this morning but it doesn't say (and he didn't tell me) which one it is, is the Maths exam nationwide then? I didn't know that happened lol......I've only had 3 of them go through exams lmao
I was a teenage mother too, had my eldest when I was 16 ..... I'd also be horrified if any of my kids did stuff like that and would prefer to know.....but I kow exactly the type of parent shell's on about, littleys school is full of them.....not approachable and they'd deck you as soon as look at you some of them.
Well, washer's finally finished - my next one will have a quick cycle  off to put the washing out.0 -
My £875 utility bill is... £195 now.. I paid it.. all by myself..
... I would have paid the whole lot off but the system only allows 2 payments a day so I'm calling back on Wednesday and paying off the balance.. and moving to e.on.. again..
.. I have clubcard points there too.. it all helps!
I've also paid off my freemans catalogue.. Or I will have when the commission comes through and I use that as payment.. how liberating? lol
My next big monster to clear is the remaining £700 of the student loan.. that will free another £150 a month.. I'll be glad to see the back of that thing!!.. we have been paying that for the last 4 years.. I'll feel all affluent (except I'll have to use that to pay something else!)
hubby was all emasculated this morning.. he complained there was no hot water so I went upstairs and fixed the boiler lol...
HHC anyone?? I've done nothing except make necessary phonecalls and payments this mornign so now I need to clear the kitchen.. it won't be getting done this afternoon with the minx home.
I have decided also that with the extra £40 a week tax credits I am going to put Tiddles in nursery one full day a week.. maybe 2.. she loves staying and her behaviour is getting better.. adn she doesn't wee herself on a daily basis like a couple of mine did so she isn't too difficult to have she just gets really tired.. but she'll survive!.
So far today..
Brought in washing off the line
Rang and paid off Scottish power (was on the phone 35 minutes!!)
Fixed the boiler
Paid Freemans
updated finances spreadsheet and rejigged monthly payments
ordered new breadmaker as old one is dead.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
