Why Are Tiscali Charging me for Daytime Access?

I'm on Tiscali Daytime Dial Up Internet so I pay £4.99 to have free weekday calls between 8am - 6pm. My latest bill did not detail my usage outwith these hours so I had to go online to check and they've charged me for calls on the 15th & 29th August. I now know that Bank Holidays are not classed as weekdays after reading the small print, so the 29th is fair enough but what about the 15th? Was this a Bank Holiday in Outer Mongolia or something? I am well p****d off let me tell you! Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks
