How set SKY remote fot HANNspree TV ?

Hi,
I have just got SKY installed today and I tried to set the remote so I can turn the volume etc up and down for the TV.

However it gave me a list of TV makes but I couldnt see HANNspree on the list ! I have a HANNspree JT02-37E1-000G LCD TV should I be looking for a different name in the list ? Or can some please tell me how I can set my remote up to also work the tv ?

Erm thanks for the codes but it seems to want me to pick a TV make from a list - do you know which one I should pick or is there some other way of using the codes you have listed ?

Programming your Sky remote control
The remote control can also operate the basic TV functions (Channel changing / volume control / Text etc) on around 90% of TV manufacturers.
The 4 digit code (Shown in your Sky handbook) is used to identify the make and manufacturer of your TV.
The individual 3 digit codes are used for each manufacturer.
To program using the 3 digit code.
1) Switch on the TV set
2) Press the TV button on the Sky Remote
3) Hold down the select and red buttons for 2-3 seconds until the LED blinks twice
4) Enter the 3 digit code
5) Press the select button to store Press TV and any number to test,
If this does not operate the TV set try below. To program using the 4 digit code
1) Switch on the TV set 2) Press the TV button on the Sky Remote
3) Hold down the select and red buttons for 2-3 seconds until the LED blinks twice 4) Press the TV button on the Sky Remote again
5) Enter the 4 digit code for your make of TV
6) The LED should blink twice, if not recheck the 4 digit code used and go back to 1
7) Press the standby button on the Sky Remote (The TV should go to standby)
8) Press select to store this setting If the TV does not go into standby press the TV button then the standby button, then TV then standby, keep repeating this until successful. This will scan the codes used for a particular make of TV.

I looked in the handbook it says the person who installed this should have set it up. I did find a table but again HANNspree wasn't listed so I don't know which code to choose if any !

well not managed to get the remote working as yet and now my landline wont work because of the link to do with sky,...not a happy bunny

The sky engineer has just been here as has just told me that you can't get the remote to work with this tv and you just have to use the tv remote for volume etc !

I have the same problem with Bush LCD TV! The Sky remote can't be programmed to work with the TV. So, I have to use TV remote for switching it on/off and volume control.

For the rest, I use Sky remote.

Not all TVs will work with Sky remote.
