CS tried to fob me off with £1.20 at first.
Got this. CS tried the same even when I read the policy behind him out loud and stressed the bit where it says if you're charged more than the price on the product! Eventually got put through but he was certainly reluctant to do so. Said the sticker had been put on mistake so I shouldn't get a refund! That's exactly why the policy exists.
Spotted "lynyrd skynyrd greatest hits 2cd set SEL 10.97 sticker 9.77 scan 10.97" as well but didn't want to rip the you know what out the policy.MFW 2015 #41 = £20,515/£20,515

Not a misprice but something to consider:
My tescos has pringles on 2 for £1.60 and 3 for £3.
Now, if you buy 4, technically you should pay the £3.20, because that's the 2 for 1.60, but I bet i goes through at the 3 for £3 and then full price for the extra one.
Anyone care to try this theory out? It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

I thin k a laptop is mispriced - its the one at £698, but theres a small label in my store, saying £598. The price checker wasn't working, but asked someone, and they took the box away, and came back saying £598. Got a funny feeling though it scans at £698, but theres a label saying £598 - I'd hurry..... go check, must say I am tempted but the boxes are empty, so would mean a direct sale from someone, that does not know the latest price!0

Could be wrong here but this is probably the one that's been discussed here before a few times that it does indeed go through at the lower price:)Darren0 -
No this is not that laptop at all. I know cos I have been looking at that one. This is, for certain, the other one they have for sale - the one with an orange screen on the box, not the one with the green screen on the box0

Fresh Tuna Steaks were mispriced at my local store today - Pack £5.38/kg and SEL £4.49/kg I think..
Didn't get any though because I already have lots of tuna in the freezer. Might change my mind tomorrow though!3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

Tesco Extra Rainham - horrible store but I got Outdoor reared pork chops SEL 4.47 Pack 5.47 per kilo. Its for the ones with 3/4 chops in the pack (marked as Medium - some of the small packs have 3 chops in too but they are 2/3 in a pack)
Cust service guy agreed overprice and left the SEL. Went back to CS with him and he asked one of the women to do the overcharge, she didn't know what to do and asked another woman who then tried to say it wasn't an overcharge as they were priced and not per kilo - DOH they were 4 different prices! Pointed that out to her and got a refund of just over £17 from the first lady who commented "you've done well - you should go back and get some more". I didn't as the toddler was ready to go home but I bet Mum is back there in the morning! The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j0 -

Further to earlier posts Megalomaniac is correct in saying that the £698 (crystalbrite - I think) Laptop has been reduced by £100 to £598. This is not the same as the similar model that came down from £598 to £568.
I checked the price in my local store by barcode number and confirmed at CS it is selling at £598. Stated that they didn't have them here though although they were on the shelf! Very strange!
A misprice though is:
Fresh Lamb Loin Chops 2 Pack: £9.79 BIG SEL £8 something!
With 2 correct SEL's alongside. Shame!
There was a Nigela Lawson cookbook with SEL £14 something with a sticky label £12 something. Scanned at the lower price but may be wrong in your store!Keep SmilingSite member number 24
