Got Walls Bacon, Thomas Tank Engine book in Slough today.

Also got a new one. Paperback novels SEL 3 for £10 or £3.70 each, stickered 3 for £10 or £3.97 each. Some OK books, got two (didnt want to risk going for 3 of them, obviously) of Bernard Cornwell's Grailquest series, RRP £6.99 each. Some debate from CS but not much.

Have recently got back from local tesco (Penzance) and cleaned them out of whole organic chickens £4.99kg, SEL £4.49kg. Unfortunatly they telephoned other local stores so no good for the rest of west cornwall but good luck to those of you elsewhere!

the policy notice at my local (new malden) store has been moved so that the R&R section is behind the counter and cannot be readily seen .

Found the mispriced whole organic chickens in my Coventry Extra store this morning, £4.99 pack, £4.49 SEL - took 4 left 4 ;-) Nice £28 worth of chicken - only problem now is, run out of freezer space!

I only ever eat organic or free range meat now thanks to Mr T's!!

Outdoor reared pork both 2 and 4 packs of loin chops. Pack price £6.59/kg, SEL £6.08/kg.

Managed to get refund for 4 packs after I explained the problem in detail and showed them the SEL. I had to give my name and address because it was over £10 - could have refused but didn't fancy any hassle.

So maybe the pork is about to come off offer now and the original price packs are creeping onto the shelves earlier than the offer ends. Keep your eyes open!
