Hi, I've had 3 large Beef Silverside joints over the past couple of days. Sel is £2.29 or £2.39 (sorry can't remember) label on beef £2.98per Kg (this is only the large joints, small ones are correct.

Customer service got confused & did a double refund and items free!! thanks Mr T.

Also two packs of gammon sel £2.29 pack £2.98.

Looks like beef and gammon for next few nights.

Also where are the fairy and princess books, are they only in extra stores? I'd love these for DD.

just back from Tesco extra, Kingsway, Dundee.

Got two of the power rangers watches, £9.97 on plastic thingy, and charged £11.97. - label now removed from box but no SEL - there was a full box at the back but not sure if guy removed label from that. Thanks to OP for these.

Hard House Nation 3 set Cd - stickered £8 or 9.97 and charged £14.97 - note not in the chart area.

3 packs of walls unsmoked bacon SEL £3.98, charged £4.49 but note that the bar code is different on product to SEL but label was infont of product so i got a full refund, but some CS might refuse it on these grounds.

Noticed that the board with the refund and replace when you are overcharged is now missing from this tesco - wonder if they have cottoned on ?

TOTAL SPEND APPROX £90 REFUND £53 APPROX - THANKS MR T AND ALL WHO POST IN HERE.

Hope the cd one helps someone as never noticed it in here earlier.

My tesco have a new sign, under their R & R policy,

it says this does not apply to promotions.

Also, I got the 4 pack of bacon packet says £4.49 SEL £3.98, the refused a R & R and offered me the difference back. They said as it was a flash pack?? they can legally ignore the SEL and charge the price on the pack.

Sounds like BS to me. I'd ring HO if I were you.

I got Charlotte Church yesterday - SEL £8.97, scanned £9.77

Thats 3 cds now but over 8 weeks, I really dont want to be banned!!
