Got the organic pork steaks today sel said £9.95 (or something like that) packet said £13.99 that's kg.

Only 1 pack left so a visit to customer services came about. Where i spent 20 mins trying to explain to a meat manager, who came over with her scanner and showed me the £9.95 on the scanner. And spent ages telling me that the meat is priced at £9.95. Where i then agreed. But i then pointed out that my pack stated £13.99 therefore when it ws put on the scales and £13.99 was puched in per kilo it came out at £3.99. But if it had been put on the scales and £9.95 per kilo was puched in them the price of my pork would have been cheaper.

to which she said 'yes but it is now selling at £9.95.'

At this point i was wondering if it was worth it. Until the fella in the que behind me pointed out that i was right.

So she gave me my £3.99 refund. But i still don't think that she got it.

So maybe worth having a look at this.

Also the lady in front of me in the que was getting a refund on some toothpaste. She got it from the end of one of the aisles. And it was in a white pack. So maybe it was tescos own brand. Wasnt going back to have a look.
But maybe one of you would like to go and have a look.

I saw a lady getting a refund on some ice cream lollies, they looked like they were chocolate covered.

Anyhow don't know the make but they ham mmmmmmmmm written on the box and were marked 2 for £3 she had one green box and one orange. I dont know what was wrong but think the 2 for £3 had not come off.

Found a pic on Tesco's site:

organic beef steak - pack price 7.99 per kg, SEL 7.49 per kilo.
I didn't buy any cos I didn't know whether I'd be able to argue the toss to CS about the difference in kg price equalling a difference to teh marked pack price.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

a lot more than that but the off topic ones have been removed.
  • tesco leyland today peppers sel 78p scan 88p, all flavoured cheeses at 9.95sel scanning 9.99per kg. Thankyou Mr T.

tesco chorley Whoopee, got it at last 3 packs of finest parmigiano reggiano sel 17.04 scan 17.49per kg. Also got my first alcohol Canti Bianco 2.83 sel £3.odd scan, thankyou. The grolsch 24 x 300 bottles 2 prices on display but scanning at the lowest, beware.

If someone can be bothered argueing with cs, then, the topside/silverside in the main fridges(not the specials in the end) are sel 6.28 and the packs are 6.29per kg. Adds up to about 2 pence overcharge, but still an overcharge, wouldn't like to argue that one though. In both leyland and chorley

Got fed up looking for a da vinci code wrongly priced so I bought it at full price.
