You know, this Tesco misprices thread is the funniest thread on MSE, I'm sure it's going to turn into a classic! It'll be a sad day when Tesco pulls the policy....
Meanwhile watch out for the 2.79 Tulip bacon, SEL 2.49 BOGOF - the labelling on the SEL is slightly different to the bacon labelling so it may get them off the hook.
What's the max number of items you've managed in one go?0 -
Does any other supermarkets have the same policy?0

I been today and mission failed. Damnbusters priced up as £10.97. Shelf price as £8.97 Scan's at £8.97. Sister Sister DVD Priced at £9.99, shelf at £9.97, scanned at £9.97.
Razorlight Cd Priced at £9.77 Shelf price at £5.77
2 types of Cd available. 1 in normal cd which i think is the £5.77 version. £9.77 version is the Special Edition type. Cd cover looks the same tho the part number is different, and includes an extra track. Did not check the price of this as knew what the outcome would be. Could not scan it as store not have a scanner thingy.0 -
Fresh Scottish Beef Topside Rump Large £6.29 Kg on package, £5.89 in shelf,
eventually got it free after CS lady went and checked shelf 3 times, I had to explain to her where the label was, she said that shouldn't have been there but agreed to the refund.
So, now all we need is roasts and yorkshire puds for Sunday lunch Lovely
Total refund £11.85 :T

Been in Tesco's Infirmary Rd, Sheffield this morning - even the flippin Tulip bacon scanned at the correct price - couldn't find a misprice anywhere:(0 -
In my local TESCOS they had the Princess Diaries Two DVD priced at £7.97 on box, SEL was £7.94, scanned at higher price, Got 2, refunded for both for the sake of 6p i got 2 DVDs worth nearly £16, not bad. Went stright to my other tescos at 3000000miles per hour but found that it was priced correctly so who knows???

Iwantit now, they also have the organic sirloin steaks on, 14.99 kg on packet 12.99 kg on shelf, been up for weeks now but just never had the guts!
I'll watch out for the label change then i'll know you've grabbed it. HEHE!
P.S I was the one who emptied the freezers0 -
I went to Billingham and Hartlepool Tesco last night, both have the Jem cd but they put the security tag over the bar code so could not scan it to check the price. The price off the shelf had been removed tho the chart poster was still up at the price. Checked through the stock and all were the same. So now joy there.
Checked the DVD and CD sections really hard, all prices removed except the ones that were true. No P2P games with prices on them. Thought about taking my own prices in, and putting them on.
Again with the meat, cheese and everything else. All prices were correct. Next tesco is the one in Sunderland, but its a Metro so guess they will be on the ball to.
Think ill stop wasting me petrol and time and just stop it.0 -
I went to Barry Tescos yesterday and found the same all prices correct and not a misprice to be seen, agree they are probably tightening up on labelling.
