I'm a fan too!

thanx to :money:0 -
I called Orange CS twice and they both told me they still charge for this type of call.
They also both couldn't confirm whether my 30 sec test call came out of my free minutes, as they are supposedly having a 4 day back log (whatever that means)0 -
Don't call Orange CS!
Check for yourself as stated in the other thread - if there's a backlog then you'll have to be patient. It's well worth it for the "free calls"
Also we mentioned before about CSRs being informed, blah blah
This is in the other thread that I'm going to request to be merged.
Multiple threads makes things so confusing

I want to try, but am scared in case they charge. Last time they charged me they would'nt budge. They insisted that this is a 'Calling Card' and that I will get no refund. In fact the CSR told me they could possibly add the hours of calls I made on it in the past 4 months and charge me for them. Luckily they didnt.
So not sure I want to risk it until I get a solid confirmation from Orange themselves that this number is included in x-net minutes. How can we ask them officially?0 -
If you look in the other SF thread you will see people have confirmed that Orange are not charging again. If your that dubious make a short test call and see if its charged when you get the next bill.
Other thread is here.

Yes, thats true. But last time they indtroduced a charge without any notice and if they do it again this time, I don't want to be caught out. I guess it's a risk.0

The more people ask them is it free, may cause them to rethink the issue.
