Cash ISA Transfer Question

I currently have around £6500 in a Cash ISA - this is last year's and this years ISA allowance combined. The question is that I would like to transfer these to another provider immediately and do not really want to wait until next year to do this - am I able to do this assuming that I do not make any more payments into the transferred ISA during this tax year?

Hope that makes sense!

Yes you are able to do this provided you choose a provider that will accept transfers in.

Yes - as long as the new provider accepts transfers and carries out the transfer (i.e. you must not initiate the transfer yourself).
