Ooo Keren, just see you posted about Asda delivery codes, where do you get them from?

I havent got a car at the mo, so have to get a taxi back which costs £4 (same as delivery pretty much!).

if you do 'Asda code' in the MSE search box, it brings up the thread on MSE. There are always loads of Spend £50 get free delivery codes.

It used to be spend £30, but they stopped that :(

    Hello lovely peeps:hello:

I agree, its a bit quiet today I have been busy catching up on some clients book work which I have been neglecting for a good while.

Over the past few months I have really let things get me down and I am now slowly getting my head around facing things.

I have also decided to cut the self employed stuff I do right down as I somehow ended up with so much on with teaching/family/own business that it felt as though I was constantly worried about things I was falling behind with.

Cant say too much on an open forum but I feel as though without the people on here I would be in a lot more of a mess than I am. I will get everything in my life sorted I am sure of it and I always know that I can come on here and read something to lift my spirits.

Just wanted to say thanks really x

Anyway, enough of the soppyness, whats everyone up to?
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Awww Lou.... you are so sweet!!!

Does this mean you're stopping my bookkeeping support services as well!?!

It takes a certain type of person to recognise when it's in danger of becoming too much, so well done you!

I've had a busy day, up before 9am and out for a run, 2 loads of washing in and outside now. kitchen cleaned, off upstairs to tidy bedrooms!!

was going to go for a cycle with Erin but a friend of hers came to the door, so she is off out playing now. I could have kissed the ragamuffin when she turned up!!!! Now i can get on!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

NM - what's up hun? What's the thieving ex stolen?

I'm on a reconnaisance mission at the moment; because we're doing a bit of OS living (cooking from scratch etc) and now that we can see the sides of the biscuit tin, I'm looking at making them next time (instead of buying them) but I do like variety... so far found berry oat bars, but using general berries rather than blackberries, and fruity flapjacks and caramel shortbread (though I've recently heard it called millionaires shortbread). Was amazed that since doing this my shopping bill has halved:o! And we're rediscovering loads of old favourites that we haven't eaten in years (toad in the hole, HM lasagne, HM chilli, HM enchiladas etc).

    Have a good Sunday everyone.

well, I've made the batch of rocky road bars and they are in the fridge setting. Once I've cut them up, they should be fine in a tub/tin in the fridge until Tuesday.

I'll make the rest tomorrow :)
