    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    i'm doing good... looking forward to going away for a few days ...got alot to do before i go but somehow cant find the want that i need to actually do it... knee a bit sore but i have been doing all this life saving :rolleyes: stuff so i expect it to be ...the nagging was effective i'll have you know i went to the hosptial and i went out and bought a support for it and i even wore it for a day so it must be working :rotfl: i'm just a scardey cat ...you looking forward to coming to glasgow? which hotel you booked into? oo i'm assuming your staying ...are you staying?
