Unlimited texts - best contract

Hello,
I need to send out 2000/2500 texts per month as i use my phone for work and send a webtext (which equates to 5 texts) a day to around 20 people each month. Last month i got a bit stung and was charged £160 my TMobile when my bill is usually £60. I need to take out a new contract to do this i think. I applied for a new phone through CPW (TMobile) and then recieved a mail saying i had been turned down - do you think this is because i am already with them?
The good thing about the offer i was doing was decent phone, nintendo wii, £60 cashback via quidco - and work have agreed to pay this amount in full each month.
I have thought about trying Orange, but am unaware if you can do a webtext through them - if anyone can clarify this that would be great?
Any ideas what the best way to do this would be?
Thanks,
