No paper bills from O2 and OSPS cashback

Hi

For some reason O2 do not send paper bills to my address, only copies on request.

How to make them sending it in time (spoken to customer services a couple of times already, no change ) ?

Will OSPS accept bill copies from O2 with cashback claims ?

That depends on your cashback ts + cs. Some stipulate originals only, some allow copies.

But they change over time, so that one might not be what you agreed to.

I think when they were changing there were several sets of t&c on website, now it is only one, so maybe all former types of contracts have already completed ?
