Here's Icesave' s geographical number if thats any use 0191 2558377.Got it off "say no to 0870".Took me a while to get set up with username and password but everything is fine now,have no more quibbles with them.I suppose this time of year is very busy for them.Not long gone into new financial year and theres a period of delay between the intteraction of Isa companies. I'd personally stick with it, as youll only have to go through alot more hassle setting up again.

Just to add some balance, I've been using Icesave for ages, and never once had a problem.

I have dealt with a few companies lately and all of them have been very slow to credit money to the new accounts. Average timescale 1 month during that time the money is sitting in their account earning them interest. My experience was that the Principality and Barclays were far worse than Icesave.

Yes,a bad mistake but incompetent really,and caused us some trouble Ing kept promising to ring us but never did.
