Hi

is there a direct land line number for customer services - the mobile will charge me 25p - which is extra to my monthly allowance.

hmm. i always thought that calls to customer service was free to pay monthly customers..
if they've changed that, i'll be leaving t-mob sharpish, as it that is really really bad!

    EDIT

    0800 / 0500 numbers Free to 10p / minute
    0808 numbers Free to 10p / minute

To kill the debate: for people on older priceplans it is free, for newer ones they have started charging (they used to charge on some older ones too - e.g. 'self serve' variants where you got a discount for using my T-mobile for your customer service needs.

They also had a per-min (capped at some level) charge at some point as well.

And voicemail is no longer free on current plans, unless you are a business customer.

The current Flext is different to what was on offer until Aug07... there was no charge for voicemail and minimum 1 minute charge wasn't there either (i.e. a 5 sec call used to take 5 secs out of your allowance, not 1 min)

To find out, you need to call them up and ask as on My T-mobile it may not show the right info. (as is the case for me and Mrs Harper).

From saynoto0870.com to call them free (I've used this in the past, but as a biz customer I just call off my phone these days)

0808 1214105 Ask for the relevant department by saying you pressed the wrong option during the automated service
The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster! :)

If you are on an older plan ie flext, it is free for you to call 150.

If you are on a newer plan ie solo, then it is a one off 25p connection charge to call 150.
I accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.
