Ebay Seller Wants To Relist My Won Item For More Money??

 I have just won an auction for a phone pick up only no problem, now the seller is saying he wants to see why an earlier bid form someone else was withdrawn and that if he can find that buyer and sell to them for £30 more than I won the auction for, failing that he said he is going to relist the item unless I want to pay £150.00 rather than the £129.00 I won the auction for, any help on what to do and where to go next will be much appreciated.
If you have a problem fix it, if you can't fix it don't worry because it will happen anyway! :D

Report him/her as a non-performing seller to ebay and keep all the emails they have sent you so you can forward them.
Also report them for selling outside of Ebay and fee-avoidance.
    Have you already paid?

I have not paid as it was pick up only, just the arrogance of the seller just because it did not fetch as much as he thought it would he now won't sell the phone until he gets an amount that he is happy with!

AS a buyer you now hold all the cards so play them well. Explain to the seller that you are disappointed that they are refusing to sell to you, and send this email via the ebay system, make sure you state that you refuse to pay more than the amount shown by ebay.

Then make a complaint to ebay that you have a non performing seller, also make another complaint to ebay on the basis that selelr is doing an off ebay deal, and sent them a copy of the email and headers to support that. Then after a couple of weeks if nothing has been resolved neg the seller.
