Can anyone tell me if this is unlockable or where is the best place to take it to get it unlocked as I am a complete novice to this type of thing. Thanks for any help given.

    You'll need to find a professional unlocker with a bit of equipment called a smartclip.
    £10 is the going rate for an unlock at markets.

    I am offering unlocking free to MSE folk this weekend if you go to the referals board.
