NS&I are slower at processing things as well - when I rang them up (to check how things were going), they said it's been received but it's got to join the queue to get processed. Transferred part of my ISA with NCBS and after Icesave had sent my request to the right address, it was in my account within the week!Student Moneysaving Expert :beer:0 -
Did the same transfer in February - 7 working days! Did it then to avoid the inevitable rush.0

We started the transfer process out from NS&I. One week & counting, with no feedback so far.In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0
