Offered credit on bill by CPW.
Hi, i sent my cancelation letter to the address they gave me on the phone, about a day later i was offered a deal where by i had £270 credit added onto my account to keep me with them for the next 12 months. So i jumped at it, took it and now my first bill has come under the new term.
There seems to be no credit on the bill. Is this normal? I will give them a ring tomorrow but i'm confused!

I asked for proof but she said there would no point, as all phone calls are recorded anyway and she also made a note on my account.

If I were you, I would certainly call them and ask them to send a letter as a proof.
