Try the cheshire mortgage corporation, They will do 100% and they also do adverse lending. They will take you but the rate will be high. Cant believe how little some of the brokers on here know!!I am a Mortgage Adviser

I hope your comment about what advisers know was tongue in cheek!!
You're suggesting that someone with no apparent adverse credit takes out a deal that they would be tied in for for 6 years at variable rate of 10.75% (after a year at 8.75%).
These deals have a place in the market, but not for this customer. Would be a lot cheaper to take out a loan to increase the deposit!0 -
It was a bit flippent i admit, But i feel there is adverse here. As we know, Abbey will let more throught than most. If it doesnt fit there then what other options are there? I agree with you on the loan point but again we are back to the adverse situation, a mainstream loan would be much cheaper but if there is adverse its hard to call.I am a Mortgage Adviser
