Homer I dont really take too much notice of credit files as lenders credit scoring is about so much more than just whether debt repayments have been on time.
The client may be considered higher risk due to dozens of factors, most notable of which includes number of address's, time at address's, absence of home or work land lines, the area, legnth of time in jobs etc0 -
i do have my credie file from experian and its fine i called experian and they said they couldnt see anything that would flag up?0

The housing association I'm buying from at the moment suggested these lenders who have done shared ownership in the past...
• Abbey National Plc
• Barclays Bank
• Bradford & Bingley
• Bristol & West
• Halifax Plc
• HSBC
• Nationwide Building Society
• Norwich & Peterborough Building Society
• Portman Building Society
• Woolwich Plc
This list is probably out of date and was defiantly compiled before this credit crunch but it might be of help.0 -
If youve got a good credit history why not get the extra 5% from an unsecured loan. Not ideal but surely an option0

Is this an option i thought i coundlt get a loan for the deposit?0

Yep I know the credit file isnt the be all and end all. Also missed that I had asked already. Eyes are getting tired.
I just work through things logically to see if there is anything transparent.
