Advice Needed Shared ownership Urgent!!

Hi,
we need a bit of help
we are trying to get a shared ownership mortgage £60000 40% share 150000
we can get £6000 together and have approached Halifax and abbey
Halifax have said no
Abbey said yes and we are low risk but want 15% deposit as it is a new build we just cant get that together
What we need to know is are there and Shared ownership Leander that use the same search as Abbey?
we don't want to be turned down again
as our time is running out to get this sorted

I dont think many banks do Shared Ownership Mortgages, so its Abbey, Halifax or Nationwide. If time is running out what is there to lose0

We're with the Leeds and got a 100% Shared Ownership mortgage 2 and half years ago. Worth seeing if they're still doing it. We've been happy with them so far - got a fixed good rate at the time: 4.99%
