Do what what my friends do when their housemates play music too loud....
Get on your computer, copy the councils logo at the top and write an official looking letter (complete with big words) outlining that 'we have recieved complaints regarding exposure' etc etc

Crikey, having admitted to being too noisy sometimes now I have to admit to having been a little overexposed in the past. Honestly? I don't really mind if I see or am seen naked, its healthy to get the sun on your skin sometimes. Its a shame to do it in an exhibitionist way, but in a city where can you not be seen? Its a shame about the hairy back and that it doesn't make for nice viewing I agree, but well, I can't really understand what the problem is.0
