Phone4U - Cashback - did u get it yet???

I applied for my cashback (£150) from phones4u on the 3 tarriff. Sent it in a month ago but have heard nothing. Phoned them again today and they say they have not received it yet. Got confirmation my letter was signed for at their office on the 18th August - Am I being a bit premature in expecting payment so soon - or are they pulling a fly one? :mad:

No you arent at all. I would definately chase this further. I applied for my £90 cashback in June from Phones4u and it arrived within 2 weeks.

Hi,
I had the same problem with them. I did not receive my cashback during the specified 28 days period so I called customer services. They explained that my letter was probably lost somewhere and asked to send 7th month bill. I did just that – cheque was delivered in less than two weeks! To my amazement another two weeks later I received an apology letter from them with compensation cheque equal to my original cashback (I suspect they found my first claim ) Great!!!

Good for you - don't think i received a 7th month bill.....must have a good rummage but sure it never arrived. Will chase them up tomorrow. Thanks for that

Hi after phoning their customer services 3 times and being promised call backs, finally as told yesterday they had received forms - it seem they are only logged as received once they process your cheque. Cheque will be out shorly. :j
