recieving text to my house phone..

the past few months ive been recieving text messages delieverd to my home number at first i didnt think much of it at 1st as i thought it was my friends daughter as she has not long had her 1st mobile...
my bf has a work mobile which hes not alowed to do outgoing calls or text but last month he had to have £15.00 deducted from his wages to due sending text or making calls evan though he admits making the odd phone call or text he didnt think anymore of it...
late in the evening last night i recieves 2 text mesages again to my home no so decided to phone the number back as it was starting to get on my nerves now im recieving these between 2-4 a day...
anyway phoned the number back to find my bf work mobile ringing but the phone was sat on the side untouched...
while writing this ive recieved 2 more grrrrrrr..
bf is seeing his boss this morning to let him know... but could anyone tell me why it has been happening and is the orange network known for this as ive just brought my children an orange network phone and i dont want it happening to them by gobbling up all there credit.
thanx

I'd suspect not usng the keypad lock is the cause , phone chucked in a bag pocket and the keys getting hit, I'm ALWAYS getting stuff from my old boss and my neice as I'm normally the first entry in their phone number list

Yeah I always have a number listed as 1 and Z in my phone - with just a '0' as the phone number! Then if my phone goes mad and rings the first/last person i don't get charged :)

But if the phone was sat there unused while you received 2 of these messages then I suspect the phone/network might be playing silly beggars. Try the sim in a different phone and see if it still does it!
