Just a question regarding the NTL unlimited BB offer for £9.99 per month. Do you need to have an NTL line already to take this up or can you use this with a BT line. Been on the website for quite some time but can't figure it out! Anybody using there BB offer on a BT line?
Thanks
Thanks

- think this is on NTL cable, so not BT line & if i remember price reverts to £17.99 after 12 months0

Hello, yes, you need an NTL cable. After 12months the price does increase but by which time you are out of contract an dcan threaten to take your business elsewhere. Thats what i did and after 12 months i am still getting the service for £9.99! Have a look at some of the NTL posts.0

You will need to make sure that you are in an NTL enabled area which I think you can do from their website somewhere.
cheers

Tony,
I live in an NTL area and have just been connected. Only had BT before.
They will cable you for free, and give you a free modem.
You do not need to take TV or phone..
If you sign-up online you get a £10 discount, and even better, if you sign up
to "r points" and go via their site to sign up with NTL you get 1500 points which is worth another £15.
I'm still £5 in profit 2 months in.:j

Thanks guys. Accroding to the website, I am enabled to get NTL however, upon phoning customer services, my area is not cabled to receive NTL! Strange!!! (I was also looking at there 3 for £30 offer, but thats not good to me now either)
Anyone with zazizam? Whats the CS like? Any problems? They are doing a Standard User 2mb, 2Gb Usage BB pacakge for £11.99 (or £13.99 without there talk package). Seems good.something missing0 -
I am using zazizam - they do have a good service - i have been with them for about 15 months or so (its been over a year anyway). I use their unlimited 512k package, and they haven't let me down yet (touch wood). CS in my experience, has been good and helpful - though I have only found them twice - once in the beginning, so they correct my billing date (I migrated in from Virgin to save £5 a month, now £7/£9 with talk) - as Virgin were a week slow in letting me go.
The second time was setting up a router so I connect more than 1 pc to the broadband at the same time - where the agent was extremely helpful - this was in January ish.
I have several friends on them too, broadband and unmetered - with my mother just signed up to their new standard broadband package (the one you are looking at) - when it came up on Tuesday, she was previously paying £14 for their unmetered option - which was equally of good service, so I have been told.
Need any more help - just ask
