for a week or so the recorded message states 1p/minute on uk land line calls (their tariff states 0.5p)me being blind or is this an error !

They MAY have made another increase. Check your online bill to see what you have been charged, keep us posted if its gone up.

If only that was true.. difficult to know exactly how much I have saved but as there are lots of other providers offering free calls for a flat £10 per month, I probably saved £4 a month for 6 months = £24. The error in my bill was pretty close to this. So no not much saved.

BTW The problem was caused by their billing system charging me 10ppm for several landline destinations that I call regularly. So check your bills from them carefully!!!

ha ha ha I had the last laugh - my CC expired, they couldn't bill me yet they kept my account working - free calls for me - result!
