    Booting the cd
    Turn the computer on and put the cd in then restart it again with the cd it should come up with something like "would you like to boot from cd press any button" press any button then wait it should automatically do everything from here(i think, just use common sense if it asks you yes or no to anything) it may take awhile to find the password. If it does not boot you may need to config the bios to boot from cd.
    Tap one of these on boot up if it does not come up like it should.
    Dell=Ctrl-Alt-Enter
    Dell=Reset(Twice)
    PS/2=Ctrl-Alt-?
    PS/2=Ins
    Toshiba=Esc
    Toshiba=F1
    NEC=F2
    Compaq=F10
    Award Bios=Ctrl-Alt-Esc
    Phoenix Bios=Ctrl-Alt-S
    Phoenix Bios=Ctrl-Alt-Ins
    AMI Bios and Award Bios and others=Del (most common)

    The problem is that QT2006 CAN'T download anything...
    QT2006 will need access to another computer to do this...

    @QT2006

    reboot the machine and press the "f8" and "f10" keys during the startup when you see the white line that goes across your screen to bring up a boot menu. Select "Safe Mode with Networking" and see if that gives you the ability to Download files... you may have to reboot a few times to catch the white line that goes across your screen when you Start the machine..
    QT2006 must have another computer to be on this? unless shes using her slow bros laptop.

    Do the cmd trick you should be able to change any password.
    Press start > run then type cmd. Then enter "net user" or "net users" this should show you every accont then type netuser "the accont name here remove "" then a litte * at the end e.g netuser administrator * then it will ask you to type your new pass
