One swallow does not make a summer.
Use property bee and provide hard evidence, please.
Random "I saw this" and "I heard this" isn't a representative sample on the ground for anywhere.

It might be. I can't remember... and it takes over 30 seconds for me to load a page, so darned if I am going to go all the way back to page 1 to check.is this aimed at me?
It's there for anybody that's providing bits/bobs info and isn't aware of property bee... property bee rocks and shows you a much clearer picture of what's going on, where and when.
So I don't waste an opportunity to mention it. And there's no point mentioning it without a link. And there's no point in a link if people don't quite understand how to use it. So I provide that quick user guide list.

haha ok pastures new! i have been using property bee for about 8 weeks now, a fair few of the ones ive been looking at are dropping £10k but I think what I was getting at is that if its in a nice area, perhaps they wont lose so much value and they sell very quickly.
i do love property bee too

Be very careful of thinking "nice" area's are immune to property drops. You tend to find that the prices have risen higher in these places and IMHO have further to fall.
I'm looking for property in the nice areas of a nice town and I'm still seeing people unable / unwilling to pay the inflated prices even with £20K drops.Keep the right company because life's a limited business.0 -

Lunatic?? What? Someone who researches the market before buying as opposed to jumping in blindly? Property Bee is extremely useful for anyone considering purchasing a property.0 -
Its true, Propertbee only shows changes to listed prices, not actual sales.mr.broderick wrote: »Lol another probertybee lunatic....
It's possible that properties previously marketed high for a rising market are now dropping their prices.
It's also possible that the drops you see are only for people who really have to sell.
It's possible the Propertybee is the Property P0rn in a falling listed price market that the likes of Location, Location, Location or Property Ladder was in a rising market:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

It's also possible there's a crash on.... just a crazy hunch!
