i am so annoyed with osps!
in may i recommended a friend and thus would be given a £30 cheque.
that was may and this is now. still now cheque. at most it would take 45 days i was told at the time of call.
i decided to find out why nothing was sent. the damn fools have said nothing is on my account and i am lying that i recommended my friend.
they are trying to get out of paying me my £30.
be aware! osps suck big time.
it took 1/2 hr to get through to their damn lines in the first place. i was held in a long que and had to listen to crappy babycakes !!!

I ordered a Sony Ericsson Orange K750i on the 26 July phoned once a week to see how the order was progressing, phoned today after 30 mins and being disconnected when my customer engineer jo was telling me the order was canceled. I called again and i happened to have the privilege of being reconnected to my customer engineer jo for the second time, told her that she had spoken to me 20 mins ago but was disconnected, she made no apology and was quite rude (she has a brass neck that one). I was told they have canceled the order. No apology they did not inform me of the cancellation I agree they are prats don’t use them .Gits .

my daughter had all kinds of problems, never got a phone, told out of stock and various other tales, she gave up in the end and used http://www.mobileshop.com/ said they were great.0

Its seems almost impossible to get the refer a friend bonus. That on top of not getting one of my cash back vouchers means i don't I'll be using them for a very long time.
I guess that if you want to make sure they keep to their word, ask them to make notes on your account of the things they promise you. Then phone back later on to make sure the notes are actually on the account. I guessing this is the only way you can proove that you have requested certain things.0 -

Why dont u guys all write them a letter demanding the cash within 14 days and say they are in breached of the Sale of Good Act 1979 Amended. If they fail to respond then contact trading standard.
I haven't had a problem with osps, although I have 2 contracts through them. I had a prob with Aria Technology and wrote them a recorded letter, if they dont respond within 14 days then I'll let trading standards deal with them.0 -
osps are always going to disagree.
it's my word against theirs. i am no fool who would recommend someone and forget about it. they seem to think no recommendation took place. its not on their 'system' they say.0 -
Got to agree with punamulta.
OSPS Held on to my order without stating whether it was cancelled or fullfilled for a 1 1/2 weeks. Then the pirates said it was out of stock, then they said the original terms of the order (promotion ) had changed making it less attractive, so stuck two fingers at them and cancelled the bloody thing. Fast and loose that's the only way they operate followed closley by P4U web team - thick as 24 planks that lot, the only retailer in the uk to fail me through a credit check ( seeing as I ve got a near excellent record according to Experian) these folk just baffle me.0 -
Avoid them like the plague. Claiming cashback is a nightmare, as for refer-a-friend...dont even bother. I had to call in several times before I eventually got my twenty pounds referral from them. As far as I am concerned their CS rivals the CS of 3! They are just as bad as each other. I just cant make up my mind which is worse!0

i got a contract off them a while back just a normal line rental one,. the only thing i can say is they do call u alot when ur contract is ending but no sir i didnt sign up for another 12months,... i ended the 12months with hearing impairment, they really do try to make u sign up again,.. read bad reviews else were too there sales team do talk bs just like >> single point i remember them adding 8£ insurance per month when i didnt even ask for it0
