A&L Internal Transfer

I want to transfer an existing Premier Isa to the Issue 4. I'm assuming from their literature that it's all straightforwards (famous last words?). Has anyone else any experience of this?

Also, can you run the Direct ISA without having a Premier Direct Current account?

Yes, having had Direct ISA accounts with A & L in the recent past, you will be given access to internet banking just in respect of the ISA account - I've never had an A & L current a/c.

Can't help on the internal transfer issue, as I've transferred elsewhere for better rates on both occasions.
