I purchased a pda phone a couple of weeks ago and although all the gadgets seem to work perfectly it will not make telephone calls. E-mailed the internet supplier I purchased the phone from and after several e-mails back and forth returned the phone to them for repair.
I told them that if it was a software repair I could live with that but if a hardware repair - not acceptable on a new unused phone.
Anyway they inferred that they could not get the phone to work either and were returning it to the manufacturers for repair.
Latest news is that the manufacturers said nothing was wrong and that the phone was being returned to me.
I have already e-mailed the supplier to say this is pointless and am awaiting a reply but can almost guess their response...
What's next please....
