My one year contract with NTL just runout, Now I am paying £ 17.99. But at the moment they are offering £ 9.99 for new customers. Is that possible I just cancel the existing contract and sign up with the new one by the name of some other family memeber? Anybody went through this way, Does it works?

For NTL? Yes - that's exactly what I have, I only use NTL for broadband.0 -
Hello,
I was in a simular sitauation (paying £17.99 permonth for broadband). I was annoyed to see new customers recieving the same package for £9.99. So, i called NTL and told them that i was unhappy and was considering moving to a different company. It didnt take them long to offer me the £9.99 deal!!!
Phone them and be firm with them.
Godd luck!0 -
The fact it doesn't need a phone line makes it very cheap. Does the £9.99 plan have limits and what speed is it?
