I've added a few recently:
Feed your reader - After installing, clicking the live-bookmark icon adds the rss feed to your favourite reader rather than making it into a live bookmark.
HungerSitefox - reminds you once a day to visit the hungersite. Clicking the icon that appears opens a page up with the hungersite and its sister sites in frames
IETab - Like IEView but opens up IE in a tab. Very good, but you loose control over pages since you don't have access to IE's controls
Performancing - Blog a page in seconds

I've been using Session Saver for ages. It's amazing that Firefox, as a multi-tabbed browser, doesn't have something like this as standard.0
