sorry
I used to sometimes get a blank page but I think that was because the way the download had been set up by the website I was downloading from.
Never bothered me enough to try to figure out how to get rid of it.
Now I always get a blank page with a Fresh Download message because I'm using that system now0 -
If you 'middle click' then you get a new tab - do that on a download link and you will get a 'blank page' as well as the download starting. That it?0

Thanks GibsonSt19 - a couple of comments on why you find them so useful would be handy too.
I recommend sessionsaver for MSE-ers. For example, you can save a multi-tabbed browsing session of MSE, Ebay, Quidco etc. and return instantly to this bunch of favourite sites (on your preferred page in each) at a later point. I'd been looking for something like that for ages.0 -
