Anyone else having trouble with them...they are now ignoring emails I send to customer services

Talking on the phone seems better but they never return calls either
Should I give up or can we join forces?0 -

Hi redcar
Well done you! I failed to get the response I wanted by talking to one of their representatives so I wrote a letter of complaint stating their terms and conditions do not allow partial transfers and quoting the text from the HMRC guidance for ISA managers and they still refuse to do partial transfers.
You'll not be surprised to hear I'll be transferring my entire balance to another ISA manager who will allow partial transfers and hopefully one who pays a reasonable interest rate. Goodbye Icesave.

Yep - same here - they've now (finally) point blank refused to do a partial transfer for me too. They do admitthere is nothing in their T&Cs though.
Surely this is wrong/unfair? What can we do? Is this one for the financial ombudsman or what? ...at least they could have let me know all this a lot quicker; it's taken over 2 months to finally drag all the info out of them :mad:0
