So I come through to an India call centre, would they even have the option to transfer the call to a UK call centre? Anyone working in a bank call centre out there know? You could just ask to be transferred to one..0 -

why dont we build a database of geographical numbers that only go to UK call centres, a bit like say no to 0870 web site but more specific
That is a good idea, taking the serious part of what you said!;)
I was thinking of.......- Internal numbers people know to get straight through to a call centre in the UK
- Perhaps the phone number for the reception of a call centre and they can put you through to somebody
- Changing the last numbers of the main phone number to get through to someone in UK
- There must be ways!
- Say NO to India and yes to Inverness (I'm taking about the call centres;))
