    Hey Mr skint,

    I just thought.

Why don't you import the piccy into WORD and use the WORDART gallery to place text over the photo.

You would be able to print this way but I'm not sure about saving photo with text other than doing a 'Screen Capture'.

You can get some superior effects this way.

If you are struggling (It's a little involved) let me know and I'll walk you thru it.

    Hi rizla

Ive done that before and if you copy it does only capture the piccy not
the overlayed text, I might put my laptop in the photocopier :rotfl:

    Hi Elleie,

    You could try these

    This is the free one

This one is easier but it is Shareware.

Personally the second one looks best and easiest.

  • Summet like this?

All I did was to open Microsoft Photo Editor and then get my picky
and chose Image resize and made a note of the size of the original
    picture, then chose edit copy.

Then closed that picture then chose New and in there times by two the size
of the picture i.e if the width of the original Picture was 100pixels
I would change that to 200pixels, and the same is true for the height

Then clicked edit paste, and then, Effects, Negative, and took out a tick
then Ok, then repeated the process, making sure I moved the picture
to a blank space on the new blank canvas.

It’s the same for most photo programs.

    Some confusion about my wording:

These images (from my wedding gallery) were manipulated with Picassa 2

I said it -Picassa 2 - beats Paint Shop Pro on a quite a few aspects, eg soft focus
