Just received a call on my mobile from this number today out of the blue. My research so far shows that this is a Pakistan number.
The man on the other end asked me if I was American, but would not identify himself (I did kind of go into "BS mode" (talking a bit of carp to scare him)), and eventually hung up.
If any other MSEr can help to shed some light on this, I'd really appreciate it. Now I'm a bit worried how far round the world my mobile number's got.

its a call from a pakistan mobile not a landline, thats as much as i know
probably just a misdialed mobile call or an expensive prank

It's a bit perverse publishing someone's private number just because they accidentally misdialled, at the same time worrying about private phone numbers being published on the internet
Someone called me as a wrong number the other day, but I wouldn't post a thread on here about it
Perhaps you could contact one of the Board Guides and ask for this thread to be removed0
