I did initially think that, but then it became obvious that it only happened when we were not paying him attention, etc!
hmmm .... I have tinnitus, but it tends to come on when I'm in a quiet environment. I'd look into it, if only to rule it out.

my son has a thing about bees and wasps! he is 3, if there is one in the house i just say "oh, do you think thats a mummy bee or a daddy wasp" etc and we open the window so he/she can go home and look for his family/babies etc ... i think he looks forward to seeing one now so he can decide if its mummy/daddy/boy/girl bee lol x

  • My DD also had a big thing about bees/wasps/flies/spiders. She would go mad if one came near her - she would start crying and shaking with fear! It would be a nightmare if we went outside as she would be screaming at every bug - even the smallest one possible.

She is now nearly three and has got over her 'scared to death of bugs' phase. She even stroked a MASSIVE spider the other day and called him 'Mr Skinnylegs'.

I guess my point is, its just a phase and soon they'll move onto the next thing that'll also make you tear your hair out, lol.

It's not in a bee's interests to sting anything that's not doing it any harm. It will die if it does.

Wasps... now they're the vindictive ones, although as long as you don't anger them or they don't happen to get trapped in your hair or clothes, them they probably won't sting you. My party trick is to stay completely still while they fly around me, around the mouth if I've eaten something sweet. (Not very pleasant) If they go near my feet then STOMP.

This is assuming we're talking about insects in this reality ;)
    My TV is broken!
